Rick brings over 20 years of commercial banking experience across Australia and Asia, including leadership roles with Judo Bank, NAB and Commonwealth Bank. He is an award-recognised mortgage broker who works across both residential and commercial lending from home loans and investment property to business finance and acquisition lending. Rick understands how lenders assess applications and what it takes to get the right outcome.
He is the first point of contact for most new enquiries and is known for his straightforward, responsive approach.

David brings almost four decades of relationship management experience across Commonwealth Bank, Westpac and ANZ. He has deep sector knowledge across manufacturing, education, agriculture, not-for-profit and professional services, and extensive experience supporting private educational institutions and not-for-profit organisations with funding aligned to their strategic objectives.
He understands how major bank credit processes work from the inside and uses that knowledge to position clients for stronger outcomes.

Erin’s background spans insolvency, corporate banking and credit structuring. She completed her Chartered Accounting qualification in insolvency before joining Commonwealth Bank, where she worked with corporate clients on complex lending and credit assessments.
Most recently she worked in Group Credit Structuring, supporting clients in financial difficulty with practical, sustainable solutions. Erin provides detailed credit analysis and transaction support across the Taper team.

His career at NAB and Commonwealth Bank spans over 35 years, specialising in structuring complex growth capital transactions for mid-market and corporate businesses.
